Damage Replacement Policy

• We kindly request that you make a video while opening the parcel containing your order. This video serves as proof of the condition of the package upon delivery. 
• If you receive a broken product or encounter any issues with the product upon opening, please contact us via WhatsApp at 9496307356 within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
• Upon receiving your message, we may request that you provide us with the video of the damaged product and the unboxing process. This video confirmation helps us assess the extent of the damage and expedite the replacement process.
• Once we have reviewed the video confirmation and confirmed the damage, we will initiate the replacement process at no additional cost to you. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will strive to send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

• Failure to provide a video while opening the parcel may result in delays or the inability to process your replacement request.
• Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for consideration.
• Our Damage Replacement Policy applies only to products that are damaged during transit. It does not cover damages caused by mishandling or improper use of the product.
